You can choose seven days of vegan food, seven days of raw vegan food, or a gentle yet effective 7 day cleanse consisting of 5 days of liquids and two days of raw food to ease you in and out of the cleanse.

Each guide offers delicious recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and focus on nourishing your body, alkalizing your body and offering you some new recipes and formulas to support your journey to health and vitality.
