Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

In my eyes, you can never have too many good smoothie bowl recipes! This is a simple recipe and its vibrancy comes from the use of pity powder, which is pink dragonfruit powder! Brimming with antioxidants, dragon fruit is an excellent addition to your morning smoothie, and it tastes even as good as it looks. Find Pitaya Powder in health food stores or online. If you can find fresh pink dragonfruit, feel free to use that in place of the mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1/2 a ripe mango chopped
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Pink Pitaya Powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite fruit, nuts and superfoods!
