Holiday Picnic Platters

Lately I’ve been making lots of beautiful picnic platters for the wonderful team at Noosa Picnics. I adore putting these together and with the holiday season officially upon us, I thought it may be nice to share with you some ideas as to how to make your own delicious healthy platter to share with those you love.

This is basically a source of inspiration for you! I have offered some ideas below as to how I build my platters, but the real trick is to simply get creative and have fun! Chose fresh things you enjoy, mix up savoury with a little sweet, and ensure you have lots of vibrant colours.
