Choc Mint Smoothie Bowl

Lets just be honest here, this tastes like dessert. It thrills me that for breakfast I can have something that is brimming with the highest vibration, life-giving foods imaginable, AND it tastes like dessert. The world is a wonderful place indeed! Give this healthy chocolately bowl a try, I assure you it will leave you smiling!

Not only will it leave your lips smiling, it will leave your body smiling too. The avocado and chia seeds offer healthy fats, the cacao offers a great dose of magnesium and antioxidants, the zucchini, cucumber and mint are hydrating and energising, the banana is full of potassium, the almond milk is full of vitamin E and the MANA Blend is a combination of the 11 best super foods on the planet! This delicious bowl will certainly make your cells sing! And to me, that is what food is about- it about enjoying something that tastes amazing, but above all, it is about feeding your body the nutrition it needs to thrive.



  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 of a ripe avocado
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  •  1/4 of a zucchini chopped
  • 1/4 of a cucumber chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of MANA powder (or green powder)
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

Blend all ingredients in your blender until very smooth and creamy. The mixture should be thick and creamy but pourable, so add a little more liquid if you need to but try and keep it thick!

Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, I used almond flakes, cacao nibs, coconut and banana.
